The process is that once we have received your application, we will organise to meet with you face to face, as its always nice to put a face to the name and answer any further questions or concerns in person. Embarking on the teacher training is transformational work so it’s important that both parties feel there is a good fit for the training. This is deep work that requires you to step outside your comfort zone, work with others, take feedback and do plenty of practice so that ultimately you acquire skills and insights as you learn and grow.
